The optimum of pH, temperature, laccase, HBT, RB5 and reaction time were 4.5, 0.5 U ml(-1), 0.5 mM, 100 mg ml(-1) and 150 min respectively, for a maximum decolourization of RB5 (about 92.92% ± 7.21).
